I don’t think it’s really salt but you sprinkle it on your normal food and it helps you lose weight. also were can i get it

Sensa. I wouldn’t advise using it though. When you go off of it the weight will come back on. The most effective diet fads are the ones that teach healthy habits, not just “consume this and BAM!” Try a lifestyle change if you are trying to lose weight. It will be better in the long run.

I don’t think there is any specific salt which on eating reduces fat in your body . If you want to loose fat , then don’t waste time over these thinks , just go to gym and sweat as much as you can .

If your trying to loose weight the best way to find one that is right for you and that also works. Going on YouTube and checking out other people’s own experiences with the product. & make sure they are just not testimonys from the advertisments cause I believe a lot of those are fake. I will say that work outs that def work are PX90 & Insanity, which I’ve done. But I always check Youtube first and so I can actually talk with the person who did it and ask questions.
