My niece who is way over weight

I have a niece who is 11 and weighs 168 lbs and she is only 5’0” tall can you tell me how much she should weigh and maybe a way to help her lose weight

she shoud weigh up from 80-100

but it is her choice how she chooses to live her life not anybody elses.. its only her who can sort it out.. she is only young.. leave her to grow,, if she is unhappy she can make her OWN decisions.. not having people making them for her.. if you know she is unhappy then maybe you could introduce fun things like swimming, or horse riding, or bowling, or a bike ride or go to the park but dont make her feel worse about it by getting involved.. I used to weigh a lot when I was younger. im 16 now, and have lost stones, people used to say things to me and make me feel like crap.. it didnt work.. it just knocked my confidence so bad.. I used to think.. why cant they be happy if im happy insted of trying to change me and make me unhappy.. x but when I went into highschool it all dropped off.. puppy fat I suppose x

luthien. I’ve been there myself and all it did when people I loved were saying things and getting involved in my life was frustrate me, hurt me, and make me feel like shit. I’ve had the EXPERIENCE.

xx_ashli_xx im not sure an eleven year old should be able to choose how they live their lives and left to get as unhealthy as they choose, in my opinion that would be neglect…

I think the best idea is for the whole family to just eat healthier together so it becomes a lifestyle thing. Getting the whole family to be more active would be good too. You could all go swimming together or go for walks or take some dance classes etc together. If she is doing something active that she enjoys it will be much easier to get her motivated about it.

She Should Weight 80-90 pounds, consider putting her on a daily excercise routine plan
