How can I get my boyfriend back?

Me and my boyfriend have been going out for about 9 months. He just turned 19 and I am 21 lately HE has been talking a lot about marriage, before I met him mariage was not in the picture for me for a long time. But after I met him I realize that I could marry him and be happy. He even bought me a promise ring like 2 weeks ago. A few days after he bought me the ring he went to hang out with a friend thats a girl who he had not seen a long time. When I saw him again he told me that he still loved me but felt we were to serious now and needed to have more fun. Because he is only 19. So we decided to take a month long break and he has been dating different girls since then, as well as me. We are going on a trip to vegas to celebrate our ‘anyversary’ since it has been planed in advance. But I dont know what to do to win him back. I have been telling him I’ve been going on dates but I havent gone on any I just dont feel right about it. The thing that bugs me the most is the fact that he doesnt seem affected to the fact that I am going on dates with guys. Me on the other hand it kills me to know and try not to talk about the dates he goes on. What can I do to get him back?

It sounds like he is confused, and unaware of what he is doing to your emotions.

The worst thing is that you are still dating him while he is dating other girls. If he wants a break, then give him that break.. cut off all communication.. I know that will be so hard, but it will be worth it.

Show him that you can be happy without him, and that you dont need him. Take the time to find things that really do make you happy. I know it hurts to have someone you love change their mind about how they feel, but the best thing you can do is support that decision. But he will eventually wonder, why you are doing okay without him, and why you can still be happy. And he will begin to worry about the decision he made. If he loves you- he will realize that the break is not something you guys need. And if not, then maybe its for the best. Its better to have that break, then drag him through a relationship he is not happy in. Be strong, and prove to yourself that you will be okay. He will see it in you. There is nothing a guy likes more than a confident girl.

Dont worry about trying to win him back. Let him worry about how he will get you back! Thats how it should be. And if he cant do that, then dont worry.. everything will turn out okay.

I live in Vegas! But damn he went and hung out with a girl and then decided, that means he cheated most definitely. I dated a younger guy, their very immature and don’t know what they want. If you want him back, do what hes doing to you to make you want him so bad, being with others. Guys are very jealous creatures.

Sounds like he does not want anything serious and committed right now. If it just isn’t what he wants, there’s no way to force him.

So your options would be:

-to just let him go -have an open relationship with him -wait around for him to have his fun and hope he comes back to you when he is done.

Personally, I would not wait around for someone. I think open relationships are ok as long as both people are 100% comfortable with it.
