darknblack, why be embarassed? because of all this terrorist crap? im proud to be a muslim. people need to wake up and realise those ‘muslim’ terrorists are ‘lost’. they went off track of the muslim path.

umm, I rekon there pretty good! lol. but! culture is often associated with islam ( in the view of the western world). 85% of the worlds media is pro-israeli ( ie, trying to show the bad side of islam which is less then 1%). I wouldnt call those extreemists muslims, because there beaking like the top 100 rules hahaha.

(one of the rules state, that commiting suicide ( ie BLOWING them selves up) would lead you straight to hell without any exeptions.)

if you meet a muslim that practices their religion ( somone christians call themselves christian, but they only been to the church once) you will find that their really nice. All the people I’ve met liked me as a person and never hated me.

Being one of the few people here who have a formal education on the subject I would think that you would know it is spelled “Sharia” law, not “Shiria”. Sharia law is to Islam what the Talmud is to Judaism, basically a record of law regarding how to live that faith, following the guidelines, etc.

So you equate the KKK (people who promote and encourage hatred and murder based on race and religion) with Hollywood (hmmm…movies) and Sharia Law (Islamic teachings and rules).

Once religion enters the playing field, you have the opportunity for fanatics to twist the religious teachings and develop extremists. MOST religions have extremist nuts who are willing to kill and maim all in the name of their “god”.

I have a problem with Christians who won’t come forward and condemn the actions of Christian extremists just as I have a problem with Muslims who won’t condemn the actions of Muslim extremists.

Muslims are no better or worse than any other followers of any religion.

I am a christian but I believe in allah the islamic god…is that weird…because I don’t dress like a muslim I dress like a gotic…and I want to be a muslim but I am to embarrassed to change into one…

lol wow. I am muslim and we are just people too. Islam is a religion just like how Christianity is. It’s wrong to dislike people who are Muslim just because they are Muslim.

When you first meet someone, do you ask about their faith and then decide whether you want to be friend or not? Religion is the last thing that can cause a problem between people.

No one should push away or dislike any human being just because of their faith. Learn to accept.

I think muslims are just people. They are nice people, and I think that faith shouldnt define how we percieve people. I have a muslim friend hes super nice and NO different than any of the christians or catholics I’ve met. So what their view on god are different GET OVER IT!

I wouldn’t say that about damologist, there is much about their faith that you don’t know. You don’t know how much some of them are encouraged to hate.

The Islamic view of G-d isn’t that far off from Jewish or Christian. However there are vast differences when you go further into the religion. I would suggest you take a deep look into the religion though if you want to become one. They have a more radical view of equality, rights and war. Be careful.

I don’t agree with their faith, but they are just like any other religion. They have some good people and some bad people. Like the Christians have the KKK, Jews have hollywood, and they have Shiria law.

I am a Muslim and I am damn proud of it.

I do not love Muslim people more than I love any other people. Islam has taught me that hatred is a crime and if love is unequally divided, it’s a crime, too. I love God and I love everything He has created. That makes me a Muslim.

I think Islam is the most beautiful thing in life. But Muslims, well, Muslims are so busy looking for stones that they do not see the diamond that is right between their hands. Today’s Muslims are lost and confused. Ignorance is eating them away. Even Atheists are more Muslim than many of them. I know many people in the world are brain-washed, but most of them are what we call “religious people”. From where I stand, nonetheless, there is no such a thing as a religious person, ‘cause religion is not a KIND of life, it’s the meaning of life. Religion is not a job, it’s working.

I would not blame anybody who thinks Islam is a religion of hatred and terrorism. Most probably I would think the same if I was raised as a Christian or Hindu. It scares the heck out of me that God is going to punish me and the rest of Muslims for being the reason why many people thought Islam was ugly. By disfiguring Islam, Muslims really dunno what they are doing to humanity. They dunno what they cause other people to miss. If the happiness with which Islam covers my life is brought to everyone in the world, I am pretty sure life on earth would be like an amazing dream. If only I am able to go to everyone, kisses their foreheads and apologizes to them for making them think Islam is bad ‘cause I, the Muslim, am bad.

Islam is not something you inherit from your parents, it’s something that twinkles inside of you. Search for it in your heart. If Muslim people are bad, they are bad ‘cause they decided to stay away from Islam. Once Islam is correctly applied, you will see a paradise on earth.

Lemme share some things about Islam:

• A Muslim soldier who kills a woman, a child or an old man should be executed.
• Protecting the rights of an Atheist from a Muslim who is abusing them is called Jihad.
• If you call someone a b!tch ‘cause she does not dress like a Muslim woman, you should get punished.
• The Muslim state should not allow its Muslim citizens to raise pigs or sell alcohol, but it MUST let non-Muslims do it as long as their beliefs say it is okay.
• Being a Muslim, I am also a Jew and a Christian. I, as a Muslim, must believe in The Noble Torah and The Noble Bible, along with The Noble Quran, as the revealed words of God. I must also believe in Moses and Jesus, along with Muhammad, as God’s prophets.

A muslim is the one who:

1. Believes in the one and only God who has created and sustains everything that exists. Thanks/ Worships him
2. Works for the good of humankind. Tries to make the world a better place. Takes responsibility for humanity.. all of it.

Me and Damien have something in common.

They are human like us but don’t believe in their God or any other God.

Muslims are so nice. They’re nicer to me than Christians are, but that’s probably because I’m Jewish and I look too Uzbek than my European half. Islam is a great religion, and their God is the same as mine. I’m Jewish, but prefer to say Allah instead of Yahweh, and I keep kosher just as they keep halaal. In fact, I have never met a Muslim who was mean or an extremist. The Muslim girls dress so beautifully (modesty is key), and the men always greet me when I go to stores and bump into one.

Sometimes they think I’m a Muslim because I speak Farsi (Persian). I’ve never hated Muslims in my entire life, and despite me being a Jew (Israeli-Palestine Conflict anyone?) I respect them and actually want to marry one.

I’ve read the Qu’ran more than the Torah. xD
