Muscle and body toning

What are the best excercises for muscle and body toning, I’ve alredy built up mass I just want to tone up cz I’ve let myself go a bit , and need a quick way to tone back to shape, any excercises at home or the gym ?

if you got a pool then swim you can burn a sh*t ton of calories in a pool gotta make it a full body workout tho that should tone you up real quick

things like chin ups, push ups, sit ups, crunches, but do them really regularly, so that you tone nicely (in your words<<<) I’m sure youtube has some videos to help you

if you want to tone stick with high reps and taking up to ten seconds to complete each rep. I prefer free weights but as long as you hit your muscles well you can use machines or whatever you prefer. just make sure your having protein after you work out.
