How can I stop having the munchies?

I’ve been wanting to munch on things lately since I’ve been working out and it’s keeping me from losing the weight!

Answer #1

You can snack on healthy things like carrot sticks, apple slices, celery sticks with a smidge of peanut butter or ranch dressing, grapes and so on. You don’t have to munch on unhealthy things when you need a snack, those will help you lose weight also. It’s not just the exercising that makes you lose weight, it’s having a healthy diet too.

Answer #2

I know that it’s just craving the unhealthy stuff I guess.

Answer #3

Well when you’re craving unhealthy things just eat something healthy, then your body will get used to the healthy things and crave them.

Answer #4

Answer #5

Like Kayla said above, you can munch on healthy things and learn to curve your appetite for better things that are good for you. What helps me is also excising (It sounds weird but if curbs your appetite) and also drinking a ton of water water. It’s also fine to have one cheat day as long as you keep it under control. :p

Answer #6

Yeah, i know it does and it use i use to be good at it till I started this semester…I have like no time for anything =(

Answer #7

Try blending some of those munchies with something more healthy and such. Like walnuts, pistachios etc. Mainly just drinking water, have a little bit of a junk food, more water, maybe something less carbs. I tend to do the same, but it works after a while.
