When men have the operation for a Sex Change, do they have periods? I read somewhere a man now a woman got pregnant

Well I was watching a show were a guy got a sex change and they only change the sex. They can’t put Ovarys in them so they wouldn’t get periods. And idk how a guy became prego? I didn’t hear about that must be something else.

they don’t have periods. Its impossible for a transgender male-to-female to get pregnant, but a female-to-male can become pregnant if they haven’t undergone the surgical sex change. We are all born with our reproductive elements women are born with eggs and males with sperm so a doctor cannot add those once and individual decides to have a sex change.

i did hear that a WOMAN got a partial sex change to become a man and during the course of the transformation she got pregnant - but her appearance was that of a man- so the story got out that a man got pregnant- so the ‘man’ in this case was a female at one point and had the female internal parts required to get pregnant and at the point of the pregnancy still had a vagina.

I am not very sure. But, I did see when the man got pregnant and it was everywhere!!
