So after all this drama in my life that I feel like ive been bothering my best friends with, I realized that im much more mature than this and its not their job to give me 24/7 advice. I'm stopping myself from giving them more drama to deal with BASICALLY im done with even dealing with any drama whatsoever. Im trying to become less concerned with people who choose to ruin others days. But really - how do I show people when I see them next that I am much more mature than I showed? How to I show people that im not panicky and delusional and worried about everything?
First of all,they are your best friends.there is nothing bad in sharing what is going on with you.plus sharing it reduces the stress and letting it out makes it less heavier than it is.that is a good sign that you mentioned they advice you all the time.they sound good trust worthy friends to me.you should'nt pretend to them like nothing hapened.pshycology proved that if you are stressed and going through bad days and pretending that nothing is happening can push you down even more.problems occur more and stress increases.there's no point.but if you could tell us what drama is that you mentioned in question is going on with you.i could help you more then.i suggest you should try meditation with calming music on and being alone,close your eyes and talk to your self that whatever is going on.will being sad solve it.then what should be done.in silence with your self you can get an answer that you need for drama or problems you are going through.meditation helps me from years and i sujest you too give it a try.again i say sharing with your friends is a good thing because keeping it inside is like a poisoned wound it gets worse by time sharing is good.hope everything goes okay for you.and be your self! :)
The way you deal with something shows how mature you are. And in my opinion, being mature means accepting things. You don't have to DO SOMETHING to SHOW people you're mature. You just go on living your life and make your decisions wisely and accept things. View everything from different perceptions and just be you. They'll start SEEING it without you having to SHOW it to them. I hope I helped. :) Good luck to you.
You're welcome. Once you start accepting things, you start to learn to move on and then you try not to repeat your mistakes. And well, accepting things is just good for you in so many ways. For one, when you're accepting something, you're being honest to yourself. :)
You need to say it with your actions, not your words. You can't just show up and be like "Hey gais, I'm like super mature now, k?" You actually have to BE mature and SHOW them that you're not going to be dramatic.
And ofcourse there must be sometime where you face it alone.not to bring it to them everytime right.some battles must be fought alone.
