How can I lose 15 pounds?

I want to know what can I do and eat to lose 15lbs or more. I weigh 155lbs and at least want to weigh 130-135lbs. I gained a lot of weight after getting married and can’t get it off. Please help. Can email me at shy_gal2@yahoo.com Thank You

Hi shy_gal2,

You can look up some exercises online or work out at a gym, and make sure you eat a variety of healthy foods- just cut down your portions a little and eat less fat. Make sure if you’re going to exercise you drink a lot of water and have carbs in your system so you have enough fuel to complete the workout. Don’t follow any diets that only let you eat one or two things and remember it takes time to lose weight healthily.
