  It can be as soon as just months, depending on your daily lifestyle. Even people I know that work at a desk all day and they can eat at their desk. So there sitting and eating all day. & they have gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time.

  Someone I knew that was unemployed would just sit home al day and eat, and thats it and gained a lot of weight in just a few months

  Unfortuntely before you know it if exercise/good diet are not a part of your routine..gets harder as we age.

  if you have a BMI of over 25 you're obese.... BMI calculators are everywhere O_o
