How to get my hair to grow faster?

How can I grow my hair faster? Is their anything that will help? Vitamins,shampoos, etc.

Dear iwishiwasbeautiful, If you stop and think where your hair is growing from…it’s your scalp. It begins inside the head and pushes out. The amount you grow a week is determined mostly by genetics and a lot by how healthy you are. That is why so many are disappointed when they say things you put on the outside will help grow your hair and it is impossible. Since you are unable to do anything about the genetics you can do something about the health. There are vitamins that say they help promote hair growth again another fallacy. You can get any multiple vitamin off the shelf and that contains the same things at less price. I have had long hair for most of my years. Cutting a regular trimming does nothing to promote growth but it does keep the hair looking healthy getting rid of split ends. Always remember hair grows from the inside out…keep the inside happy and you will have healthy hair. Sue…good luck

This is going to sound odd, but I learned it in hairstyling class. If you get regular haircuts (when you start to get dead/split ends) your hair will grow faster. Having split/dead ends makes it harder for your hair to grow naturally.

If you take a shower and massage your head it should help you hair growth and brush it a lot. Keep it healty!!
