lactose is what you get when you add glucose and galactose together…forming lactose and to some they become lactose intolerant

yep im lactose intolerant..and i just developed it like a year ago..and it stinks not being able to eat my favorite ice cream or anything over it..makes me very nauseous if i do..

IT DOES SUCK!!..i can’t eat cereal (have to use soy milk) can’t eat most chocolates, ice cream, milkshakes =(…yep it sux pretty bad..i just look at it as in im not getting too fat eating too much junk food..because there’s a limit of junk food i can actually eat without getting sick..so..lol..i try to think of it as a plus side..lol

Lactose is a natural sugar found in dairy. If you’re lactose intolerant, it means you dont have enough lactase, which is an enzyme that breaks down lactase, if you dont have enough lactase to break down the lactose you’ll either start throwing up, or not be able to leave the toilet. :D Have fun with that mental image, let me know how you sleep tonight. ;)
