I would want to open up a diner with some crazy twists on classic diner foods like a chili cheese….burger! Oh and since i live in Seattle it would have fresh seafood… awesome clam chowder. Fried shrimp sandwiches. and 24 hour breakfast!

If I was to open a restaurant, it would be one that serves traditional Scandinavian (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian etc) dishes. I would also have the best meade, cider and ale I could get my hands on too. The place would be all decked out to look like a really old meade hall. My great grandparents and grandparents were of Scandinavian descent so we had lots of food like that at their houses. I love it. I love good, thick, rich, dark beers too. There aren’t many places where you can order meade either so I think that would be our signature drink.

Either a drive through classic burger and fry joint but with updated movies as well as classics, or a family steak house, but it doesn’t always have to sell steak.
