Job Losses

Well there are situations like that but they are rare. The news is just trying to find the worst possible situation and show everyone it. I do believe however that its going to get better. We had a large spike durring the Clinton presidency through the Bush presidency, it just needs some time to level out.

You guys have to understand it’s not becoming a bad problem it already is bad .. it’s been bad for a couple of months and it’s only getting worse and worse. It’s not only affecting America, it’s affecting the whole world from USA / Canada to England to Australia and all the countries in between.

It’s effecting EVERYONE. America is being hit probably the hardest because they are the one’s who started this for everyone … it sucks because even up here where I live in Canada, we haven’t done anything but we are still losing massive jobs because of the USA’s careless actions.

And please not when I say USA I don’t mean the people I mean it’s one third the government’s fault, one third the banks’ fault, and one third major companies’ faults.

So yea pretty much everywhere it’s bad.

And as for the garbage can thing, the news over exaggerates it to get people interested and so that hey can get people more worried and interested in their news station but reality is that yes people are losing jobs and there may be people eating from garbage but it’s not nearly as bad as the news says it is … YET.

It is only starting to get bad in Australia too. I have been out of work for 5 months yet I am educated I have experience, I have enthusiasm - but I can’t get a job. It’s a bit scary the whole situation. I don’t know about USA but I do hear some things on the news and it doesn’t sound too good.

yeah I believe it is as bad or worse here in the US, I have been unemployed for 3 months now, not many prospects here in wisconsin. but I keep applying something hopefully will shake loose soon. I haven’t seen any people eating out of garbage cans in my area- but who knows.

I think it is pretty bad all over the world- it is like a bunch of dominos- when one falls it just goes down the line.

yes it is as bad as it shows, and yes the rest of the world is affected just as bad if not worse
