Yes, it is illegal… But I dont think you can get arrested for it and whatever unless you’re stupid and you tell the government that you’ve been downloading stuff. xD It’s illegal because you dont pay for the files on there… It’s pretty much stealing. And yes, it can give viruses… So use it at your own risk. (Hope that helped)
