Is there any good medication for binging?

yes their is, Prozac is one of the best medications given to poeple with depression and people who have binging problems. It takes a while to get to the amount that actually helps (60grams) but it has been known to work. you usually increase by 10 grmas every 2 weeks so you see what I mean by a while!

if you want somthing that helps quickly I suggest the partner/friend plan its extremly hard but as a person who has binge eating disorder it has really helped me. I use to binge 6 times a week and im getting better. ok here it is the plan is to have one special person prepare and make all your meals and then eat wit you or sit with you while you eat. This person decides what you eat as well as how much. You have no controle over the issue. You should do this for at least a month. Im not going to lie this will be hell since a lot of bingers have controle problems but it works magic. As well as this you will be pissy and proably hate your “person” for the first 1-2 weeks but it wil get better.

advice to the “person”-you must not give into the requests of the binger or else this wil not work. they have no controle or say. You should often mix up the meals and have a variety of foods ranging from healthy to even some deserts once in a while.

Trust me even if your given meals that are huge and full of junk food your still eating less then one day of binging :) hope ya try it
