Try to include a thesis. Here’s a good examples of an introduction for an analytical essay:

You would do about the same thing for an argumentative essay, only you would use sources in which you could prove your OWN point, i.e. historical events, pop culture, books, etc. For a synthesis essay, combine the two ideas, (meaning, combine your analytical thesus statement with your argumentative statement.) Akways remember to have a universal idea!! And never say “I think”. You must stay confident in what you write, even if you know you’re wrong, or you’ll get points taken off for sure.
