I was telling her that this girl that my husband has been flirting with for a long time will probably show up at this event this weekend and that I may go there to see the fireworks and to see if I could meet her in person to see how she would act towards me (since she doesn't like me). So my best friend told me "We are just going for the concert but that's not free." Then I told her I may see if my other friend would like to go to cheer up since her mom is sick and that if I go it will be while it's still daylight and leave after the fireworks. Then she says "Yeah the only reason we are going is because my sister asked us to." Would this give you the impression of making you feel like she doesn't want you to show up?
Sounds to me like your friend doesn't want to be caught in a messy ackward situtation. Us women can be catty if another woman messes with our man. Don't feel bad for feeling the way you do , if I knew my husband was flirting with another woman I'd be kinda mad and would want to know who she was. However, I don't think that will do the trick I think you should confront your husband In a nice manner about how you feel if you haven't already.let him know he's wrong to flirt with another woman . He should only be flirting with you , you are his wife you have more than that woman will ever have and you will have more if you confront him that it hurt you.:)
If you get the feeling that she doesn't want you to show up, it's probably because she wants to enjoy her 4th of July and not have to deal with your husband/mistress drama.
Maybe she knows this girl?
