How to get over my cat's death?

I just lost my old cat in February…and I miss him awful! I just know that it takes time to heal wounds…doesn’t mean it will ALL go away, but at least it won’t be so painful.

I am so sorry for your loss and there isn’t one easy answer that will help you. When I lost my 21 year old cat last September, it helped me to make a ceramic plate to put over her buriel site. It was a while before I could look at pictures of her, but as time went by, it now helps to see pictures of her when she was happy and healthy. There is also a great site called the rainbow bridge, you can place memorials there for your pet and there is an awesome story behind it. Here is the actual link to get there

you can really just get over it but what helps is to get a new cat or another type of pet know what your going
