How can I lose a few pounds to feel better?

I am 13 years old.. I hate my body dont want to be the girl who is fat any more.all though all my friends tell me im skinny..like ppfftt..im not even close. well atleast I think im not,I dont feel one bit good about my self. im sick of my body being fat,some one please just help me.. I want to be skinny more than anything. I want boys to finally look at me differently. This is an embarassing subject. But please try to help me. Im not asking to be anorexic I just want to lose a few pounds. Just so I feel good about myself.

how much do you weigh and how tall are you.. because from the sound of it you seem like youre rather short and weigh not that much u are just not confident about yourself.

look, if you really think that you are fat, you should try ma huang aka ephedra. Google “buy ma huang” or just go to thatswholesale.com, but before you take any of that, read all the product info, as ephedra can be dangerous.

Honestly, take up some type of daily exercise like walking, yoga, dancing, or swimming. If you are overweight it will help you to take off weight, but even if you aren’t overweight exercise is still so good for you. Also, it is proven that exersice increases self esteem. It sounds wierd but it is deffinately true. Whenever I get back into my exercise mode I feel so much better about myself.

Just don’t exercise strenuously all day long, because that will lead to heart problems.

just eat healthy and exercise. from the pictures, u look fine but if you just want to feel better. then do that
