what illness could this be? please help :(

what would be an illness where you are very violent and feel like evwryone is ag I found out his true self.. What everyone has been hiding from me.. He threatens to kill people, he goes insane when he dosnt get what he wants, he lies, he is very violent and he beat up his truck and smashed everything.. He does drugs and abuses alcohol.. And then he is worse. He is in the hospital right now, an he has already escaped twice and had to be brung back.. Then he laughed about it and thought it was a game.. Could this be schitzophrinia? Or a form of it.. What brain disorders could this be? He was diagnosed with bi polar, high blood pressure, diabetes, and this summer.. Liver cancer.. :( please help

Could just be a crazy a-hole. Should see a therapist and a doctor.

Probably deep physiological problems and things like genuine anger problems that need to be professionally managed. Also the effect of the cancer and the other problems he has might have caused him to lash out in even more anger - it’s sad but he sounds like a dangerous boy so try and avoid him at all costs.
