I wanna lose 5 pounds.

I’m 13 years old, weigh 100lbs and I wanna weigh 95lbs to be on the average side. How do I lose 5lbs fast? I’m talking 3-4 weeks and I wanna do it in a healthy way that won’t kill me.

I’m the exact same! 5’3” and 100 lbs. at 13. I think you’re aiming to do this without exercise (god that’s a pain), so try cutting your calorie intake by 350 a day for a few weeks. It’ll burn 8750 calories in 25 days, which is about 3 pounds. Good luck on your weight-loss campaign!

Hey, don’t worry about it at all. You didn’t say how tall you are, but no matter what, you are still going to grow. let your body even out before you try any dieting or super regimines. that 5 pounds is your body storing enery for when it starts to grow. You’ll grow taller and start developing curves. if you are still feeling insecure about it, look at your BMI (body mass indicator) which measures your height and your weight. it will help you know if you are in the healthy range. but do note that it won’t take into account muscle mass, so if you are atheletic, it may say you have a higher bmi because muscle weighs more than fat. In any case, I think that you are fine, just give your body a chance to grow, it’ll all work out great in the end.

you dont need to loose an weight your weight is fine as it is and remember that your just beginning t go through puberty so your body will put on weight (around 5 pounds) to help develop things like your hips/thighs and breasts

weighing 100 is average, too. exercise and eating healthy are the best ways to do it. eat a little bit throughout the day. eat 3 hours before you go to sleep–and make that be the last time until you wake up for breakfast. try to shrink your portions–but only a little bit. your still gonna grow. best of luck!

eat 1200 calories a day and exercise for 1 hour a day for 5 or maybe 4 weeks and you will lose 5lbs grantee
