I wanna have a child... at a wrong time...

how do I stop wanting to have a baby? I know I am nt fully-ready yet of being a mom (I’m only 22), but I have this craving of caring for a child, teaching him to speak, walk, snile, laugh, talk and eat… I had one time that I cried for wanting to have a child to love and own… how do I deal with that sudden need of wanting a baby?

Having children is not all it turns out to be. Because one wrong step can change this child’s life. At your age you should be having fun and doing the things that you know you won’t be able to do once you’re older.

Don’t waste your youth on a child that you have all the time in the world to have. Wait just a bit longer, your eagerness just proves that you’ll be a fine mother when it’s time.

Good luck to you, and I think you’ll be a fine mother one day.

when I was 21 I wanted a boy so bad because I wanted to play with my kids while I was still young enough. playing sports or anything that I can do. I want to be alive and healthy watchin my son grow but now I’m a 27 and it all change. I’m not ready to be a father. first, you have to be successful in finance. make sure you have lots of money back up (unless you wanna give your kid to a nanny which is bad). second, you have to sacrifice most of your time dedicating to your child. and what happen if your baby daddy is not around for you. then your stuck. bringin in a child is great but it can only work if you have the money, time and the right person to raise the child with. hope this helps

You don’t have to stop wanting to have a child…as long as you’re aware why it’s not a good idea at this time, should be sufficeint motivation to not having it until you are ready and able.

One night (and make sure you have to work the next morning) set your alarm to go off every 45 min to 2 hrs. Then, go to work—ontime—then do that every night for 2 weeks. Trust me, after that you’ll be ready to wait for awhile! lol your time will come when its right, but you need to be free to do whatever you want, whenever you want and to not have anything to tie you down. Live your life, have fun, and then…have children! I think it makes you appreciate them more because you HAVE had your time to play and run around…so when you have your kids you don’t feel like your missing out on something. I had my daughter at 31 and I truly think that by waiting until I was older, I am a better mother because of it! {÷:

the reason I wanna have a kid (even adopted child) now is that, I want to guide my kid(s) until they grow up and I’m still a bit young to attend their wedding, watch them build their own family and all. unlike me. my dad when I was 15 promised me that he’d be the most handsome father on my wedding. but he died at sleep, he was 51 and I’m 18. it broke my heart, big time.. so, as long as I’m alive, I wanna grab the life that I want, and share it with people I wanna live life with…
