I want to look stronger please help me!!!

U see im 14 and I want to look strong muscular have abs and bigger you get the point..

well im too young to go to the gym can you give tips on workouts I could do on couches or 10 pound weights and resistance band

well there are 2 ways to work out. 1 smaller weights and plenty of reps or 2 Big weights and a few reps Number 1 gives you strength and stamina Number 2 gives you definition so you would look chiseled

ONE THING: DONT TAKE STEROIDS!!! I know this maybe random lol im learnin bout it in skewl and yeah, its really bad. and is the oppsotite of what you want. now, since your young you say.. I prefer an eliptical or workout on a machine, as weird as it sounds try a dvd or something. .. hope it helped (I doubt) lol :)) anyooo

alright man, I was int he same sutuation as you when I was younger, right now just start working out 3 days a week, and make sure you space out the days you workout, start doing pushups, look up on the internet a lot of variety of different pushups and keep switching up your exercises, that will help your chest, for abs do crunches, make sure you youtube different types of crunches and do those, 4 sets with 12 reps for each workout, and then for bicepts use your resistant bands and do curls, make sure for all your workouts you do 12 reps and 4 sets each day, and for legs do squats, if you cant find the workouts on youtube then just ask me and ill help you out

and most importantly I forgot, make sure your eating healthy and getting a lot of protine which will help your muscles build faster

The only way to “look” stronger is to actually be stronger. You cant fake having muscles. Google “resistance band workouts” there should be plenty of info there.

Oh, and you’re never too young to go to a gym. If anything, have your parents sign up and go with them. Use the one in your school. Anything.
