my motivation to get fit is looking at pictures of people the are things like fitness instructures. It makes me see what you can accomplish if you try your best. but it doesn’t work with those really skinny wh*res because they’re usually anorexic and look really bad. just because they are skinny doesn’t mean you want to look like them…

I know omg I need some motivation too. I mean I do at least 30 crunches a day but I forget to go running or go on my bike

what I try to do is write it down or think about what I want and how much I want to loose my ugly love handles. its hard I tell ya xD ha

Well, make a goal with about how much weight you want to lose in a week, and go for it.

The first step is knowing you’re overweight and actually WANT to get rid of it. Good for you girl! You ARE your best motivation, your family too, or maybe a best friend who will excersize WITH you. Make sure it’s someone you can really depend on though, because if they quit on you you don’t want to lose motivation. My old friend Caiti lived with my mom and me and we had a gym in our garage and my mom and I motivated her a lot. She lost twenty pounds easy.

Make sure that when you eat you eat things you need. Stay away from Red Meats. Try eggs, beans, chicken/turkey, those have protein.
Eat vegetables, and stay away from things with yeast like bread and potatoes. Eat everything with a good proportion. If you’re full, STOP EATING. and don’t eat because you’re bored. That’s the worst. Stay away from Sodas [esp diet sodas] and junk food. Lots of water or juice.

Do cardio workouts! getting your heart rate up is the best way to lose weight from all over your body. Running and biking is good for that. If you go to a sports store you can buy a heart rate monitor that goes across your chest and sends a signal to a watch that it comes with. If you get your cardio up to 162 and keep it there it’s good. But don’t let it get too high, that’s unhealthy.

ok this is what I think would be beneficial.

do something physical for at least 30 minutes a day. after school go on a run, do a run/walk if you have to.. run for 1 minute and walk for 4 minutes to start out and when you get more in shape increase the running untill you can go for a +30 minute run.

lift weights, stretch, and just get your daily

keep your diet within 2000 calories, that’s all you need.

stay away from soda/pop/coke whatever you’d like to call it, candy, potatoe chips etc. don’t rule out everrryyything because once in awhile you got to just get some sugar if you write down what you eat and workout each day you can see your improvement.

writing it down will keep you motivated trying to improve things.

if you can sign up for a gym membership and work out there.

join sport teams and just stay active.

best of luck!
