He wont reply to me, what should I do?

theres this kid I have been talking to for about 8 months now but its been hard for us to hangout and all. and im suppose to be seeing him this weekend but he has been acting different. he doesnt know what he wants anymore , he didnt say that but he keeps acting like it. I really love him , this weekend we were suppose to make us final. as in dating. I wanna be with him so hard but I feel like I am the only one who wants this anymore. I tried talking to him and I told him everything and he told me I had to do what I had to do. hes one of thoose kids that I trust with me everything. I know everything about him and he knows everything about me. we tell eachother everything. im going to be honest I am a very jealous girl and he knows that . he has many girls that are friends but it makes me mad because hes just a flirt and its upsetting to see. I dont know what to do , I dont want to end everything with him . but I just dont know what else to say and I have been trying to call and text him for ever but he wont text me back today . and im scared , worried hes just gunna end it without telling me. because he has done it before. he ignored me for a week and didnt even tell me we were over. I know for a fact he likes me I just idontknow what to do.. I need help
