I dont want to be too over-self confident

I don’t want to be too over self-confident like most teen girls think they are. I dont want my fat stciking out, dressing slutty – you know getting the wrong attention. I dont want to think I’m all hott shyt because I know I’m not. I do think I’m pretty but I think sometimes I get over-obsessed and take that as an advantage. I tend to think “I’m pretty so yeah he must like me” but the problem is whenever I pass some guy and I think I look good I always think “oh yeah he must have thought I looked hott, he totally likes me, etc.” and I dont want to think that. I just can’t stop. I want a guy to like me for who I am, not what I look like.

in other words, I dont want to be a girl who is a stuck up, only goes for looks, and thinks she’s hott shyt. how can I stop?

Ok, well I think you should embrace your confidence, but make sure you do not make it concieted, if anyone says you are conceited tell them… Nope, I’m just confident in what I do, and who I am. good luck. :]

its great that you have confidents!!! But to much any make you a well you no. Its ok to think guys like you because if your hot then of course they like you! Just try to do it less and try listening to other people.

Answer #3

start hanging out with some feminists? :) try doing some mental or written excersizes and list out some things you like about your personality. also, take pride in your talents, and practice. the less time you devote to thinking about your looks, the less they will matter to you. I’m glad you have some decent self esteem.
