How To Stop Thinking im ugly ?

How can I stop thinking girls are prettier than me and start beleiving in myself? I messed up a lot of relationship because I have low selfisteem how can I get over it ? please help me !!!

well I was like you and this is what worked for me!

  1. buy clothes that are cassy but fun. show offf your shape or a really nice feature you have. (example: if yuh have hazel eyes where a nice shirt that compliments your eyes)

  2. get your hair down on a daily. it TOTALY helps when I walk into school and no one can say my hair is a mess!

3.hang out with friend who dont tell you about ure negative. ones who can just make you laugh and tell you how pretty you are.

  1. if it deals with your exterior juss FIX IT! go on diets. wash your face with creams at night. work out more. were a push up bra! or jeans with the pockets on the butt! juss examples lol

forr mhee personally. I had really low self esteem. so I did all that except loose weight. I think and MOST people think im fine. but I had bad acne so I used this oatmeal and honey thing and it CLEARED right up! the boys I hang out with ALWAYS tell me something positive bout myself EVERYDAY! and I love it. There nawt qeeks or thee football team. They are the norms! So I think its fine AND most importantly BE YOURSELF! everyone LOVES a girl who has confidence and can walk in the rain and nawt complain bout having ah bhad haiir day!

just know that nobody is ugly theres sumthin good about everybody god didnt make ugly trust me I dont think your ugly you should start believing in urself smile your awesome im sure LOL ;)

Boosting your self esteem takes a bit of work but isn’t as hard as you think.
