How to make my mom less bitchy?

these past 2 years my mom has been driving me crazy! shes always super strict and bitchy even my dad(theyre divorced) says shes crazy and overprotective. she doesnt let me do anything! she doesnt let me go to the park right down the street or to the movies or the mall with my friends! shes always like oh she can come to our house. and if theres someone in which she knows im right she always changes the subject or just ends the convo by saying I dont wanna talk about this no more. she doesnt want me to hang out with guys either! yesterday she took my phone away because I was talking on the phone with my friend at 10pm. im 13! she took it away because she said she doesnt want me talking on the phone after 9 15 even tho I barely get my minutes at 9!!! then she started bitching about me not listening and bla bla bla… she has a boyfriend and seems happy wiht him but I don’t know! and everytime shes around family or friends she acts like shes my best friend so she doesnt look bad! its like omfg! please help me find away to make her stop!

talk to her about it calmly not by argueing. tell her that you wan tto have a better relationship with her and that you love her but it seems like we cant get along and compromise on me gaining a little freedom. offer to call every 30 min or hour if you are at the mall or at the park . let her meet who you are going with and know when you will be back and every detail . I know it suck but it will get better. you also dont know what your parents issues were. parent have a lot of responsibilities on them all the time, work, home, and then its really complicated and hard to be married as well it takes a lot of work and its not that easy. so your dad may give youone story but you never know the situation. and you are only 13 and that is young to be going and doing a whole lot. so you just need to wait a bit longer and it will get easier.
