How to lose weight in a healthy way as a vegitarian?

Im 15 and im about 146 pounds. Im not FAT. Just a little chunky. And Im about 4 “11” so it doesn’t help that im short. I wanna loose weight in my quads and arms but a little on my stomach too. I have an hour-glass shaped body. My shoulders are kinda broad shoulders. So I wanna lose weight in a healthy way. And I dont have a lot of options on healthy food. So I have to work with what I have.

I think vegetarians have to take vitamin B12 supplements or something similar, otherwise you can have health problems.

If you really want to lose some weight, it is very easy to do- just make sure you burn more calories in a day than you eat. There are all sorts of free online calorie calculators- just do a google search for “calorie calculator” and you can find one. Enter your information and it will tell you how many calories you need to eat in a day to maintain your body weight. As long as you eat less than that, you will lose weight.

If you can give yourself a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day, you can lose 1 pound every week!

Also, try to stay away from sugars and carbohydrates like bread and crackers… when you eat them they only make you hungrier.

At your age it is very tough to stay on a diet because food is being pushed on you all the time in various situations. You need to take charge of your food from morning ‘til night.

Good luck. It takes a lot of will power, but you can do it!

eat wholegrain foods and high fibre foods… I have All Bran for brekkie which is 30 % fibre!! that helps transport fat outta the body… other high fibre cereals only have half that much drink heaps of water and you will lose your water weight make sure your supplementing your proteins properly!! if you arent aware of how to do this already you really ought to research what two types equal a full proetin when together… cut out sugars… they get your blood sugar level outta wack, making your body wanna hold onto stuff, thats okay you can have the same amount of calories, just make sure they’re from protein and veg and stuff… they burn up a lot faster…

why do you say you dont have healthy choices?? you have whatever you choose
