how to lose weight FASTLY

ok im 4’8 and weigh 115lbs. (please don’t juge me) I want to lose 15lbs. in 3 weeks I was guessing I could lose 5lbs. in 1 week for 3 weeks im all for eating right;drinking water;smaller portions all of that stuff also im so for exersice I’ve been a cheerleader for my city for almost 6 years. so I can take rough exersices I just need some routines or ideas on what to do also situps;pushups;and crunches are my weeknessses but I can run;jogg;dance;(ect..,) so please help also do you think 5lbs. a week will lead to a weight rebound causing me to gain more weight thnxx

ANY crash diet involves the risk of a weigh rebound - your body needs time to lose weight gradually and adjust to new eating and lifestyle patterns.

Now, that’s not the answer you wanted, because of course you are really motivated to get those pounds off, fast.

So… you’re already on the right tack, because exercise is a vital point here. (Not only will you lose weight more quickly when you combine a sensible way of eating with exercise, your body will also stay toned - otherwise you could risk losing weight and ending up with sagging, unmuscled flesh - yuck!)

Eating: drinking plenty of water is great. Steer clear of: soft drinks sugar in any form except natural fruits fatty, greasy foods (sorry about that - it includes fried foods, butter/margarine, mayonnaise…) salt (salt keeps water in your body and hinders weight loss)

Eat plenty of: fresh vegetables (here you can’t overdo it, just help yourself) fruit (but too much fruit juice can be a problem, because fruits have a lot of sugar) lean meat and fish

It’s usually better to eat several small meals throughout the day, than one big one that will put a heavy load on your digestive system.

And keep on exercising!

The important thing is to change your eating habits permanently, so that you keep on eating non-fatty, non-salty foods, with lots of fresh vegetables and liquids.

cut down (not cut them out) on carbs, I find carbs make me feel hungry more … if you stick to proteins and veggies you can lose weight without comprimising your health. When you eat carbs your body burns the carbs first before it burns the fat …when you dont eat carbs then it jumps straight to burning the fat.

After diner take a warm shower. Your food will digest faster.
