How to lose 5 pounds in a week?

Is it possible? And is there a safe way to do it? I need help because I have somewhere to go that is very important and I have to look great so can anyone help me please??? :)

anther thing I’ve seen is like wear sweatshirts or hoodies when you jog or work out, it makes you hotter=you sweat more=you lose more weight more quickly

If you dont eat a lot of red meat like chicken and fish it helps…And drink lots of water. Run…if you sweat you lose weight. And also dont eat large portions at one time but eat little ones all day..it help..but try healthy food…

Eat nothing but fresh veggies and fresh fruit. Drink lots of water and jog every morning. Whatever you do, do NOT starve yourself.
