How to improve my spoken English?

Well:

1. Read English books/magazines and listen to English music a lot.
2. Get out and about with English people… Get used to hearing them speak at their normal pace.
3. Watch English films and try to understand what they’re saying.

I can write English. I have been learning English for a long time. However the key here is I don’t listen clear the others. I don’t catch up with the others when they speak, in spite of they speak slowly.

Its no big dear brother, dont worry you can improve upon it in time, start reading newspapers and novels, if you can, please watch English movies and listen to music when you do that try to catch up with the lyric.

Another important thing is to develop the confidence thats you start speaking, whatever knowledge you have, it will make you over come the fear of being wrong and etc…
