I some times get those in my sleep. if its in my cafe I userly standup & walk around & it go’s away. but if its in your thigh that may not work.

rub it gently, massage it with oil, and just use the muscle when you can. It will go away, but will be sore for a day or so.

Bigmuma it is when a muscle (usually a large one like thigh or calf) knots up in a very tight and painful cramp.
