How to get rid of the common cold?

im suffering frfom a nasty cold. how do I clear my sinuses so I dont feel like crap all day. how do I make my cold go away fast?

First, take one day off and stay at home, going to work or class while you’re sick will only make it last longer. Try a sauna, if you can get to one, and sit in it until you can’t take it anymore, or eat lots of chicken soup, wrap yourself in a big blanket and watch cartoons all day. Basically if you drink or eat hot liquidy stuff while wrapped up you’ll sweat and your sinuses will start to “melt” lol, so have lots of kleenex handy and blow.

Hi,

Well, there isn’t a cure. You can alleviate the symptoms by buying over the counter cold medicines and trying to make yourself comfortable. I’ve heard that Afrin helps a lot with stuffy noses and sinuses.

Also, my mother swears by Vitamin C. Take 2 MG at the first sign of the cold, then another two in an hour or so, and then 2 more before bed the first night.

Hi, well like she said there insnt a cure but all you can do is pray to god and ask him to help you to get rid of that cold and have a lot of faith that your cold will go away.and you can help it go along by buying things like robotussin and other things like that you dont have to take my advice but I KNOW that god is the only way you are going to get that cold taken away. this is is 12 year old girl from rapid city south dakota and please try it out. for 1 time and dont get your hopes high hoping that god will take it away in 1 day.
