So you are having trouble catching up on homework. Is it because you were ill or because you were procrastinating? Regardless of the reason, you need to write out all the work you need to do on one sheet of paper and leave space underneath each task. Then under each task right out step by step by number how you are going to get each task done. Then look at each section and choose the one with the most steps that looks like the most work, also take into consideration which things are due first. Choose which projects you are going to do first in numerical order. THen take some pieces of paper and cover up whatever projects you are not going to do first. Keep focused only on the task at hand and follow the steps you wrote for yourself. Give yourself a time frame for each task. In no time, you will be done.

To end procrastination, you need to think in the now…not the future. Do not put off things for the pleasure of one moment. Do things now so that you will be 10 times even happier in the future!

Good luck!
