you can get it by collecting shards it is near mosdeep if you see woter that are dark just keep on searching and you will see them and give them to the shard collector

yellow shard-thunder stone red shard-fire stone blue shard-water stone green shard-leaf stone

and to get a sun stone is you go get a vile plum and give it to the old man at the space center

well i’m not sure what game you are talking about i know pokemon but what version? in fire red and leaf green you can get it in celadon city department store hope that helps but if not tell me i what version it is (i have only played fire red leaf green ruby and sapphire{well actually i played the others but not as far}) if ya need any pokemon help i’m your man lol
