How to gain weight so I can actually find clothes that fit?

as far as I can remember I have been teased about this by everyone I know, everyday, and I’ve discovered some dads can be very critical about their daughters figures. it is very lowering on my self esteem and I have to spend a ot of money trying to find size zero designer clothes that fit, my mum refuses to pay. I am 5.6’’ and 40kg…very underwieght. I’ve tried pigging out for a week+ but no change. any tips?

I work with disabled people and one of my guys is skin and bones! When he came to use last summer he was sooo skinny! No meat on him at ALL!!

We cant just let him eat a ton of junk food because besides it not being healthy, he doesnt need the sugar. It doesnt go well with hyperactivity and all his other issues.

So I talked with our nurse who gave us some good ideas. Whole milk, nuts and nut butters (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.) avacados, mashed potatoes made with whole milk. Things like that. We didnt over feed him. He ate a small meal before he left the house in the mornings so his meds werent taken on an empty stomach, breakfast and lunch at school, snack at home, dinner with everyone else. That was really about it. He has gained 15 pounds since the summer. Sadly…he still needs to gain more! But he is doing great and looking great!!!

Good luck!

you could probably take some vitamins?

my friend who’s very thin who’s now at a normal weight swore by vitamins and he ate a lot (like, he’s already bloated but he still ate and ate and ate). he’s bigger now. and he ate like this for months (3 months).

im not sure if that’s healthy though.
