If you are under 18, you are only allow to do certain shifts, which means no after hours eg: after 7pm onwards management by law are not allowed to roster their underage staff to work nights and limited to a few hours each rostered shift.

You do not have to submit a CV to them, they have their own in-house application which you need to fill out and submit to them online or post a hardcopy to the Human Resource Department, and if your application is successful, the recruitment officer will contact you directly requesting a face to face interview at the store you wish to work at with the manager in charge.

Managements are more interested in the availability of their potential candidates, that is, what days, (weekends), the hours they can work and their ability to get transport to and from work if they are rostered to work the night shifts. (usally a parents would drop and collect their kid after each shifts if you have nice folks, and most kids do).
