How much weight should I lose if iam 5"3 and weigh like 160 pounds?

I weigh like 160 pounds and I dont like my body at all I wanna loose like 20 to atleast 30 pounds but I did almost all diets but they don’t work…any ideas??

you should really try sit-ups also go on the special k diet.. ihtz workinq for me im 5’4 and weighed 160 a month ago now im 135

Diet along with excersice is always good. Crunches with push-ups will go a long way. Try eating more fruits in between meals. When you do eat, eat hearty foods, this stays with you longer making you less likely to snack in between meals. Also do cardio this will increase your heart rate and speed up your metabolism making you loose weight faster. Hope I could help!

well do you play a sport? bc f you do then it could be muscle. I play volleyball and I am 5’4 1/2 and during season I weigh almost 170 but that is bc I aam all muscle and that weighs more than fat. but if you are young and havent hit a growth spirt yet then I really wouldnt worry about that too much when you get taller it will even itself out and you dont want to be too thin anyways. be confident in who you are and dont let any one tell you that you are fat when its not true

Thats the problem I dont play sports and I dont like to I think I am lazy and I wanna try loosing weight lol plus in my culture we eat like all fatty food so I wanna cut back… what are some good exercises??

the only way you will b pretty is eating only watermelon and drinking water…u are to fat for 5 3 and I only weigh 80 pounds and im taller than u! wow that is sooo fat! you shouldnt wiegh that much I used to b like that but I stopped eating the crap you eat so fun mail me for more advice worth your while anyway WATERMELON AND WATER and trust me you will b HOT
