How many 100mg of niacin should I take to pass a ua?
ok I smoked like a train for like two months I have a UA on the 23rd of Feb. How many 100mg niacin pills do I have to take to pass or is there a certin way to do it I also bought 500mg cranberry pills because I herd they work also. How long should I take them before my test and will it work
just drink lots of water day before test ,tch gos in body fat, work out drink water just dont over do it. You should be fine, And dont take Niacin Day OF test, they test for that stuff now. detox kits is morless water, Just drink lots of it the day you have to go in like 5 hours before you go take a vitamin B, or eat stuff to color your pee, and hold back on smoking for a bit, also, what is this test for? probashon ? work? get back to me today let me know
