How fast is too fast?

I really really like my boyfriend, I feel like I’ve known him forever even though we’ve only really known each other for 3 weeks. Am I getting ahead of myself when I feel like I could say “I love you”, and mean it?

Yes you are. It’s normal when your young to get caught up in the “honeymoon” stage of a relationship where everything seems perfect and wonderful. It’s way to soon to be love though. Love takes time, work, commitment, understanding, knowing each other inside and out, respect, arguments, learning how to cope with arguments, growing as a couple, etc.
