how do I stop my hair from breaking?

hello, im only 15 years old(girl), I started to let my hair grow out since last year(my parents used to make me shave it) I dont really know much about hair and the right product to use because I dont have hair. but now mi hair is growing, when I braid it 3-5 times it grow out a lot then all of a sudden it started breaking. it breaks soo bad that im scared of touching because hair might come out.( a few but still) what product should I use. by the way my hair is VERY SHORT (it used to be long enough for a braid by now not even). the only place theres a lot of hair is in the middle of my hair(its kind of like a mohawk thing. the sides are super short and the middle of my head is full of splitting hairs. its really wierd. also my hair is very nappy. so I relaxed it like every 2-4 months. becuase it makes my hair grows longer and very very very softer. also when I put a gel in my hair and then it drys it look soo wierd and livelive. I do not know what to do. me and my sister are having this problem. also im a muslim meaning I have to cover my hair at all times(but my parents allow me to go to school without covering my head) which is why im really worried about my hair. also I need advice about how to style my short hair to make it creative.

use shampoo and condition for Damaged hair. They have all kinds, so go buy one. Don’t use products in your hair. Don’t use any heat products for now. If you do later once you’re hair is not as damaged, make sure you use a heat protectant.

Have you heard Nioxin? Nioxin is good for hair loss but its quite expensive. I found Reloxe they have the best products in treating hair loss, baldness, hair thinning because they have tablets and they offer improved effects.
