How do I stop binging?

I have started my new diet this week and have managed to lose 6lbs in a week. I have been eating just fruit and salad and have done realy well. Problem is now it’s the weekend I find myself binging on anything and everything!! I used to do this a lot and made myself sick afterwards, but can’t do that anymore as my partner would kill me! I’m not really over weight as such but feel I need to lose about 14lbs and tone up as I am going on holiday in 9weeks and want to look resonably good in a bikini!

I have been drining about 2ltrs of water a day and find that helps fill me up but I can’t stop eating now I am at home and not working. I’m not even hungry.

I have had major issue’s with food all my teenage life and I just don’t want to slip down the spirral in terms of starving myself and/or making myself sick again.

Any ideas on how I can keep up with my diet and not to binge just for the sake of it?

Get rid of all the food you enjoy binging in your house. Then you wont have anything o binge on. hope I helped even a tiny bit x

Well for starters your lossing weight in the wrong way, but I can’t tell you what to do. You just need to keep yourself busy. Then it will keep your mind off fatty foods.

well start by exercising with your diet. and you dont need to not eat just keap your mind on proportion size for what you eat as in dont eat to much of something. eat healthy stuff and dont be afraid to treat youself to a snack. you are aloud 2000 calories a day so also keap an eye on calories. and even a 10 minute jog will help…movement and proprtion are the key! lolz hope I helped!

You sound exactly like myself :) I’ve lost a stone in 2 weeks which im made up about but its addictive im not overweight or anything and I told myself a stone is all im loosing but now I want to more lol :P What worked for me was exercise even if its little things like cleaning up. I eat salads and fruit too but I had a treat day [Friday] were I had one unhealthy meal lol, so whenever through the week I felt weekness on food I focused on telling myself ill have it on friday and had a salad instead.
