How do I move on from loving him?

So, There’s this boy that I really like, He’s like my best friend, and I have recently developed feelings for him. I told him face-to-face that I really liked him but he rejected me, and said that they weren’t real feelings. One of my best friends like him too, and they knew that I liked him before, and now everything’s getting really confusing. Everyday now I think about him and it really hurts, I feel really angry, and feel as if I just want to burst out crying. This isn’t one of those times when you think you like someone, and then you get over them. Honestly, this isn’t one of those times. I had a feeling that he really liked me too. I really don’t know what to do, and I randomly get sudden out-bursts of temper, one minute im happy, and the next, It feels as if I want to cry. Please help me, I dont know how to get over him.
