How do I make my toe touches twice as better?

I need some help with my toe touches. Theyre not as good anymore and I need to know a few things that could help them get twice as better. should I eat better? stretch more? what should I do. Thanks guys!

You need to stretch more, and do a looot. Talk to a coach and make sure you have the technique right, because most people don’t and that’s why they won’t get any better! But stretching is a big part of it!
