I don’t know about 3 months, losing that much. But1st off, change your eatting patterns. Instead of 3 large meals aday, eat 6 small meals a day. Like snack meals. The quickest food to help you lose weight are veggies, beans and oatmeal. Yeah, not the yummiest food. But it works. Cut out meat and milk. Bolth have a lot of fat and calories. The reason most people gain weight and have a hard time losing it,is because they eat large portions at a time, even if their eatting healthy largeportions. It takes longer for the body to proccess large amounts. If you eat small snack meals through out the day, your body burns up the food quicker. Exercising is the key to losing weight as well. I use this dvd set called Envy Girls,to stay in shape. It’s amazing! You can feel your body sweating and burning fat,by the 1st work out! It comes with 4 dvds, It works your butt, legs, abs and arms. I got mine off of amazon.com for like almost $15.00! It was like $14.98 or somthing. But yeah, that is really cheap! It’s worth it! Also, adding flaxseed oil in your diet will really help boast weight lose. You can get flaxseed oil in capsules. They’re pretty cheap. You can get em at target or walmart or somthing. I got mine at target ^^ Try looking on youtube as well, for workouts. ^^ If you wanna know more about the envy girls thing, let me know

Good luck!

Drink water, water, water! That’s one. Cut out any and all but once a month maybe fast food. Stay away from the obvious, such as…ice cream (my weakness), soda ( and that’s a biggie). And walk everyday. It’s so good for you and will help tone your legs. You can excercise the arms as you walk too.
Look into the ‘diet solution program’. It’s a great alternative to the hard to take diets. Good luck:) ps…you can do it!

uhm… 3 months seems a little fast…

try cutting out deep fryed foods and fast food… eat low calorie foods…

eat lean meats that where baked, and veggies

but NO potatos or corn… they have starch… and you dont want that

and eat whole wheat bread, not white bread

also go running or hit the gym… do some physical activities

best of luck!! - Wacko
