How do I let my boyfriend who is moving go?

So my Boyfriend is moving to Marin county, && like I don’t want him to. We have been together HELLA long && I don’t know if I want to let that go. But he wants to have sex. && I told him I’m not going to cause he is moving and he understands && respects my decision. But how do I keep him from leaving? I REALLY love him no joke. I just don’t want him to go, I would have sex if he wasn’t leaving cause like I know we will be together for a hella long time. I love him so much && don’t want him to go. What should I do!

first off, how far away is marin county? my boyfriend used to live two houses away from me, so him moving 20 minutes away felt like forever, but I realize now that I’m lucky. at least he didn’t move 20 hours away right? if it’s true love, just talking on the phone and sending emails and only seeing each other on weekends should be enough. not going to lie, it sucks but it’s better than nothing if it’s TRUELY love. if I didn’t love my boyfriend, I wouldn’t put up with it. I would dump him and date someone who lives close to me. but I don’t, because I LOVE him. wow…I can’t believe that I just realized that I love my boyfriend. holy sh*t. anyways…hope this all works out…

well if u are not pld enough to move with him then u can try a long term relationship. if u really love him then it should work. u just have to dedicate some time everyday on the phone or writing a letter to him. then u can get ur parents to bring u down there to see him or he comes to see you over the holidays or whenever u can. if u both dedicate ur time it should work.

DOes he know you don’t want him to go? How old are you guys? Get an apartment, or something. Move in together, if you’re old enough. Move with him if you can. Try all your possibilitie’s, just make sure he knows you don’t want to give this relationship up. Try everything you can to make him stay, or a way you can go too. Good Luck.
