How do I know if my child got a fever?
My child has been sick and has a tempreture of 38c very pale and sleepy
Pale color and sleepiness or delirium with a fever are definitely signs of flu. You should keep him well hydrated and feed him simple foods that are high in vitamins and minerals don’t over do it though. If they’re older than a year give them a little -maybe 15 or 20mg- aspirin (crush it up and mix it well into a bit of koolaid) to ease the fever and any pain. Definitely call a doctor too.
