How do I get back with my ex?

Hello my name is kaylyn I’m 13
Ok now here’s the story. I haven’t had a boy-friend for 3 years The last boy-friend I had was in the 3rd grade and now I just started jr.high
I started going with this boy named jeremiah he was in the 8th who was in my 7th hour I liked him so he would give me money and just any-thing I would ask for much but then some of my friends said he was ugly they hurt my feeling so bad next there was this popular boy named stafford wanted to go with me every body kept telling me to go with him he would bother me every day !! But I said no because I go with jeremiah then one day like a dummy I broke up with jeremiah to go with stafford I was under-per-pressure so when I was going with stafford me and jeremiah was talking on the phone and stuff when stafford did me wrong jeremiah was all-ways there to make me happy again he still talked to me no matter what I did to him. Now I realized that I’m truly in love with him I really want to get back with him so bad we was on the phone yesterday he said he likes me but he cant get the feelings that he had when we was together he said it doesnt feel right because what I did to him. I know what I did was wrong I apologized to him so many times I just want him back in my life I really do regret what I did I love him so much he`s my heaven sent So please tell me how to get back with him
